I purchased my design, but now I can’t get in my account to download it?
First, please make sure that your email address and password are correct when logging in.
Secondly, if you have not confirmed your PurpleTrail account, you must do so before logging in. Try to log into your account using the email address you signed up with. You should then see an option to send the confirmation email again. Please be patient, as sometimes email services take a little while to deliver the emails. If you are still having trouble, please contact customer support and we can help activate your account.
Where can I download my purchased Print at Home or Print Anywhere?
After logging into your PurpleTrail account, scroll down to the green dollar sign, the orders section. Click on the Download Print at Home Orders option. Click on the order number for your design and the receipt will appear. Near the design, you will see the blue highlighted download links. Click on these to open a window and specify where you would like your files saved on your computer.
The design I purchased looks different than the one I created?
Our system for converting your online design into a print at home high resolution version is complex, and in some rare cases the high resolution version can be slightly different than what you ordered. If this happens, please contact customer support and tell us your PurpleTrail email address and order number. We can quickly get the problem fixed and get you on your way to printing your cards.
