    There are multiple reasons why an email can get marked as SPAM by an email system. At PurpleTrail, we go to great lengths to make sure that your emails are delivered directly to the recipients’ inboxes. As you can see, our systems have an excellent reputation and pass all the audits (primary and secondary) with flying colors. However, we cannot control the content you put in your personal note or other content that becomes part of the PurpleTrail email. In some cases this content raises the SPAM flag and causes your emails to end up in the SPAM folder. Here are some things you can do to avoid having your messages flagged as SPAM by the various SPAM filters:

    Do not use typical phrases found in Spam for your Invitations/eCards or Announcements. 

    Here is a list of the phrases you should avoid

    national TV, seen on TV, scientific breakthrough, affordable, incredible, direct marketing, special offer, big money, credit card, for free, enhance your, improve your, lower your, home, free, cash ,money, private, privacy exclusive, 30 day, !!!, $$$, 10%, 20% 30% etc, CLICK HERE, CLICK NOW, 1 888, free of charge, no cost, low cost , risk free, spam, toll-free, and don’t wait.

    If your email contains any of these phrases, it will very likely be seen as SPAM by the email provider.   So be careful in wording the personal note for your PurpleTrail emails.
