    PurpleTrail is verified to work against the following browsers:

    • IE7 and higher
    • FireFox 2.0 and higher
    • Google Chrome all versions
    • Safari 4 and higher

    If you have an older version of the these browsers, we highly recommend that you upgrade your browser program to get the best experience.  We have found Google chrome to be the fastest browser.

     How do I pick a design?

    1. Browse.  You can browse PurpleTrail designs by the tabs at the top of the page, thefeatured designs at the bottom of the page or by entering what you are searching for in the search box. For example if you are looking for baby shower designs, type in “baby shower” in the search box.

     

    2. Start Personalizing.  Once you find a design you like, click on it and then click start personalizing.  This will open the PurpleTrail Design Center and you can beging personalizing your design.  Once you have finished personalizing your design, click “I’m Finished” and save your design. 

     

    3. The Details.   Click on Next Step and then select how you would like to use your design.  You can choose to Order Prints, Print At Home or Send Online.

         

    You’ll then be directed to the next steps based on what option you choose.

    How do I cancel my account?

    While you are signed into your account, click the Cancel Account Link in the Account Settings section. Scroll down to the bottom of that page, and you will see a link to cancel your account.

    If you have current events that you have planned or are a part of, you will have to cancel them or leave the events before you are able to cancel your account.  PurpleTrail respects your right to privacy. We do not sell or share your contact information with anyone. We do not send you unsolicited emails outside of the ones around your events.  If PurpleTrail did not live up to your expectations, we request that you share the reasons for canceling your account by sending us feedback so that we can improve our service.

    What is a PurpleTrail Club Membership?

    Some PurpleTrail features are only available to PurpleTrail Club Members. The table below describes the various PurpleTrail club plans and features they offer.

    To upgrade your account, first sign in.  If you do not already have an account, sign up.  After signing in, click on the Account Settings tab and then “plan/subscriptions” in the submenu.  You will then see the options for upgrading your account.

    How much does PurpleTrail cost?

    PurpleTrail offers a variety of services.  Use of the PurpleTrail website is absolutely free!  It is also free to send online invitations, ecards and announcements for upto 75 guests.  Our print services and premium online services do have costs associated with them.  Please see our pricing page for detailed pricing of each of our products.

    How much does shipping of printed cards cost?

    PurpleTrail offers LOW flat shipping rates for all card and magnet orders – no matter what the size.  We have the following 3 shipping options for orders within the United States:

    USPS Priority Mail: $7.95  Estimated 2-3 business day delivery time from the postmark date.

    FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Next Day.  All FedEx Next day orders are shipped within 48 business hours.  Use our FedEx calculator to calculate your FedEx shipping rate.  Simply enter in your “ship to” zip code to calculate your FedEx shipping cost.  All orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington.

    We also ship internationally via USPS International Priority Mail, FedEx International Priority and FedEx International Economy.  Please note that not all options are available for all countires.

    USPS International Priority Mail is a flat rate of $49.95.  However, note that shipping time and full tracking with USPS International is not guaranteed.

    FedEx International Shipping cost is based on the destination.  During the checkout process you will be able to see your shipping options and costs.

    What is the processing and shipping time for an order?

    Orders are typically processed (reviewed, printed and shipped) within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) of the order date.  Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are not started processing until Monday. If there are any questions or problems with your order we will notify you by email or phone.  This may delay the processing of your order until any issues are resolved.

    Once your order has been printed, it is mailed via the shipping method you selected. For example, with FedEx next day, you can receive your order within 3 business days of the order date. With USPS priority shipping within the United States (our lowest cost option), most orders are typically received within 5-8 days of the order date.

    How do I change my email address?  Can I have more than one email address associated with my account?

    You cannot change your PurpleTrail ID but you can have more than one email address associated with your account.  After logging into your account, click on the Notification Preferences under your Account Settings. 

    Click on Contact Me in the left hand navigation menu.

    You can even change the email address where all your mail gets sent to from this page.  Click save at the bottom of the page once your changes have been made.

    Can I change my PurpleTrail ID?

    No, you cannot change the email address that you use to sign into your PurpleTrail account. However, you can change your name and add additional email addresses you want to use. After signing in, click on the Profile and Notification Preferences under Account settings. You will be directed to the Profile page and  and you can change the name and personal information associated with your account. Clicking on “Contact me” will allow you to add other email addresses to your account and indicate which email you would like your mail to get sent to.  See “How do I change my email address?

    What if I forget my password?

    If you forget your password, simply click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link at the bottom right corner of the sign in box and follow the prompts to reset your password.  In some cases, it may take a little while to receive the email to reset your password.  Please be patient and notify us at support@purpletrail.com if you have any questions.

    What if I have difficulty logging in?

    Check to see if your CAPS lock is on, as this will affect your password. If you are still having trouble, you can report a problem by emailing us at support@PurpleTrail.com.

    How do I change my password?

    After logging into your account, click on the Privacy/Password tab under Account Settings.

     

     Scroll down to ‘change password’.  Enter your current password and then your new password twice. Click the save button to activate your new password.

    How do I register for an account?

    Click on the “Sign Up” link at the top right hand side of the main page. Enter your full name, email address, and complete the word verification. Click the sign up button when complete.

    Do I need an account to create a PurpleTrail invitation?

    You do not need an account to start the creation of your invitation, but you will need to create one in order to save and send your invitations, ecards or announcements to others.

    What if I did not get the confirmation email to activate my account?

    If you did not get the confirmation email, try logging into your account using the email address you signed up with. You should then see an option to send the confirmation email again.  Please be patient, as sometimes email services take a little while to deliver the emails.  If you are still having trouble, please send us an email at support@purpletrail.com and we can help activate your account.
