How much does shipping cost?

We offer four flat shipping rate options for all orders.  The cost depends on the shipping option you select and shipping address. USPS priority shipping is $7.95 per order, regardless of the number of cards ordered.

What is the typical processing and shipping time for an order?

Orders are typically processed (reviewed, printed and shipped) within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) of the order date.  Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are not started processing until Monday. If there are any questions or problems with your order we will notify you by email or phone.  This may delay the processing of your order until any issues are resolved.

Once your order has been printed, it is mailed via the shipping method you selected. For example, with FedEx two day, you can receive your order within 3-4 business days of the order date. With USPS priority shipping (our lowest cost option), most orders are typically received within 5-8 days of the order date.

How do I send Online Invitations, eCards or Announcements?

To get started with your online invitation, eCard or announcement, just follow these simple steps.

Step 1: Select your design

Browse the online design gallery and choose a design. You can search for designs using the search box and entering key words. For example, enter "baby shower", and you will see all baby shower designs. Click on the thumbnail image to see a larger view of the design. Once you are ready, click on the Personalize button by any design to open the PurpleTrail Design Center. In the Design Center you can edit the design using text, your own photos, music, video and thousands of design elements.

Step 2: Select whether you want to send an invitation, ecard or announcement

Once your design is selected, you need to tell us what you would like to send – an invitation, ecard or announcement. The biggest difference is that invitations allow you to track RSVP responses, and ecards and announcements do not. In addition, invitations also have other features that are specific to events like mapping the location of the event, adding a “bring along list”, and sending thank you cards.

Step 3: Enter details and adjust settings

Once you have selected what you would like to send, you will be asked to enter some basic details to complete the process. This includes telling us what you would like to include on your web page, and what information you would like to share with recipients. All details and settings can be adjusted at any time.

Step 4: Send to recipients

.

After you enter the details and settings, your invitation, ecard or announcement will be created. It is then ready to be sent to the recipients. Simply add in the email addresses of people you would like to send the invitation, ecard or announcement to. You can even import your addressbook to make this process quick.

Step 5: Monitor and socialize

.

Once your invitation, ecard or announcement has been sent to the reciepients, you can monitor who has visited your web page and communicate with them using the message board. If you sent an invitation, you can track RSVPs and send reminders, as well as send thank you cards after the event.
