You can of course personalize it beyond this simple and sleek template, or just change the name, it's up to you. There's a few options for how you'd like the inside to layout so that it bears all possible utility. You'll have a good tool with a great design at your fingertips.

You can also choose from 6-, 9-, 12-, 15- or 18-month calendar options. The covers are completely customizable and can be personalized with our online design center. To change the type of cover for the planner, simply click the personalize button and select from inside the design center.
This design is simple yet amazing! I love the arrows. The different fonts are eye-catching as well. I like the simplicity of the white background and black lettering.
