After the party invitations went out and the Easter dinner has been eaten, you might be left with a lot of leftovers. Traditional Easter fixins typically include a spiral ham.  But once the Easter bunny hops on by, you are often left with a lot of leftover ham and very little inspiration for a creative use for it.    Sure you can reheat it or put it on a sandwich but how about something even tastier?  We’ve found some great Easter leftover recipes to please your family.  How about Grilled Ham and Cheese Waffles or Eggs with Ham, Cheddar and Chives?  Looking for something heartier? How about Baked Penne Gratin with Ham or even Ham and Black Eyed Pea Salad.   With these recipe ideas you might wish you had even more leftover ham!  Now if you could only find something for leftover jelly beans…
