Valentines Chocolate Martini: There are many ways to make a chocolate martini. You can pick your favorite spirit such as light rum, vodka or brandy as a base spirit to mix with a chocolate liqueur.
2 oz base spirit (brandy, vodka, or light rum)
1/2 oz chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz white creme de cacao
chocolate syrup to coat rim martini glass
Directions: To garnish, coat the rim of a martini glass or swirl some chocolate syrup in a glass. Mix all the other ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. This Valentines chocolate martini is just the drink to get your celebration started!
Cherry Blackberry Cobbler Recipe: Just for your sweethearts, whip up this super-easy dessert of heart-shaped biscuits atop a bubbly fruit filling.
1 (21 ounce) can cherry fruit pie filling
1 cup frozen blackberries
1 (6 ounce) can Pillsbury Golden Layers Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
2 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Directions: Take a medium size saucepan and combine it with pie filling and blackberries. Then heat the mixture until hot and bubbly. Then take a glass baking dish and pour the mix into it. Separate dough into 5 biscuits. Cut a triangular notch in each biscuit to form top of heart. Put notch on bottom of biscuit to form tip of heart. Place on top of hot fruit mixture. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Sprinkle over biscuit hearts. Sprinkle sliced almonds over top. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and biscuits are deep golden brown and ready to serve. This is a nice recipe to make for Valentine’s and it will be a perfect addition to your food menu.

Directions: In a small saucepan melt the vanilla candy coating over low heat, keep stirring constantly. Then dip a portion of the berry into the melted vanilla coating. Place on a wax paper lined baking sheet to dry. In another small saucepan melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Dip additional strawberries in the melted chocolate and then set them to dry.
