As you prepare you Thanksgiving party invitations, here is a fun game for you to incorporate into your celebration Pictionary is a fun and easy way to let the whole family play together.  This printable game of Thanksgiving Themed Pictionary could also be played as Charades if acting is more your family’s style. 

It’s easy to get started.  Simply cut and past the words into a Word document.  Print and cut out the words into little strips of paper.  Put them all into a hat or bowl, face down.  Split the players into teams (two or more depending on how many people you have) and give each team a pad of paper and a pen. Have one person from each team pick a Pictionary slip at random and then try to draw it in a way that their team can guess correctly what it is. The people drawing should not use actions, words, symbols, numbers, or letters. Use a timer (or a watch) to determine when the time is up for each team.  A good time limit is 1 minute.  The team that guesses the word correctly before time is up gets a point. Decide how many points a team needs to win depending on the amount of time you have to play.
