After you send out your party invitations, you’ll want to make sure no pirate should return home without some booty.  Our party experts have some great suggestions to help the pirates fill their treasure chests before sailing home.

Packaging Ideas

  • Paint a regular lunch bag silver or with any other pirate theme like a pirate head or the skull and crossbones.
  • Make a treasure box from a baby wipes box by painting it in gold and writing the child’s name on it.
  • Create a pirate bandanna with a square of black cloth and a pirate head or a skull and crossbones painted on it in silver. Then fill the center with goodies and tie the corners together.

The Treasures

  • For the goodies you could have any combination of chocolate gold coins, candy necklaces, pirate hats, eye patches, a compass, skull rings, key chains or pencils.
  • Stickers, temporary tattoos are also great party favors.
  • Gummy candies shaped as fish or other sea creatures will also make a great addition to the booty.
